If you would like to order today and receive your package later (due to travelling, availability etc.), first of all note that once you have placed your order, the package is given to a carrier who will send you a delivery window request.

If, however, you will be unable to receive the delivery for more than one week, please call our customer service team as soon as you place your order.

Your package will then be put to one side and scheduled to be dispatched on a date of your choice.
